767 Millbrae Ct.

Sorry I have been away for a while.  We've been in the process of trying to get everything together for our lease, I have an ALL DAY staff retreat yesterday, and it has been doing nothing here but storming.  Did I mention I love storms, all the lightning and thunder, and pounding of rain is so awesome, what I don't love is the stream of water that has been forming in my car, I put that one on the hunny do list, but that is for another blog. 

We finally signed the lease today so we officially have our place I showed you a few weeks ago. What a process this has been and just glad that part is all over.  Well, not all over, of course we need to meet with the HOA to make sure we are decent people, and give them some of our money because they say so, don't you love how that works.  But some perks of our new place will be Garage, more storage, a den on the first floor which is perfect for an office, huge kitchen, tile living room and kitchen, full size washer and dryer, bigger pool, we are allowed to pain, and man gated entrance to name a few.  

We bid a fond farewell to the Villas and hello to Cityside on June 10th, so that is a happy birthday to us.
