We finally got approved for the townhouse I showed you a picture of a few days ago, so there is some final paperwork to draw up, and the meeting with the HOA, but it is ours and not a moment too soon.
As I was laying in bed on Sunday evening with Mya I started to see a blue and red reflecting off the walls. Not shortly after Greg was telling me to get outside quick, me in my undies, it was all to exciting to get dressed. We were on the porch watching about 15 cop cars and one helocopter get the accused out of a car parked in the middle of the intersection. The cop was speaking over the speakers and Mya was going crazy in the house because she could hear the K9 Cops barking over the speakers. All of this was right on the corner of Community and Haverhill, so we had a front row seat. There were no gun fires and we really don't even know what the people were being stopped for, but that was pretty exciting.
Needless to say Glad we will be living in Cityside.

Congratulations! Can't wait to come down to see the new place.
If they had 15 cop cars the person probably did something pretty bad...
